  • Locate the whatsapp tab in the left sidebar menu and purchase the subscription to use this feature.

  • Create a new template by incorporating custom variables such as location, owner name, coupon, appointment start date, etc.

  • Go to the conversation tab.

  • Access these custom variable templates in the workflow actions and also in conversations page.

  1. Workflow WhatsApp Trigger Actions: Access the workflow builder by accessing the automation tab in the left sidebar and then click “ +Create Workflow” or edit an existing one.

  • In the Workflow Builder, choose the trigger “Customer Replied” and filter by WhatsApp.

  • Utilize the new action “Send WhatsApp Message” to respond dynamically to customer replies.

  • After selecting the template we can see the custom variables in the workflows action .
