⭐️ How To Use WhatsApp Bulk Action:

  1. Access the “Contacts” Tab from the left navigation menu, then click on Smart list from the upper navigation menu and Select all the contacts you wish to send WhatsApp template.

  2. Select the WhatsApp Icon to Bulk Send WhatsApp.

  3. Select the WhatsApp template you wish to send. Add the action name and click on “Confirm” Button.

  4. To check the progress, click on “Check Progress” Button.

  5. Check the Statistics Click on “Show Stats”.

  6. Here you can Check campaign statistics.

  7. Total Represents the total number of contacts for which bulk action was performed.

  8. Pending Represents the total number of contacts for which the WhatsApp message has yet to be triggered.

  9. Sent denotes the total count of contacts to whom WhatsApp messages have been sent.

  10.  Delivered Represents the total number of contacts who received the WhatsApp message.

  11. Read represents the total number of contacts who read the WhatsApp message.

  12.  An error represents the total number of contacts where an error was encountered. These could range from the contact not being on WhatsApp to the template being blacklisted or the WhatsApp account being blocked on Meta.

  13. Skipped represents the total number of contacts that were skipped from the bulk action. These could include when the contacts have DND enabled or when they have a missing phone number.

WhatsApp Bulk Actions within the CRM provide a powerful tool for businesses to effectively communicate with their customers, enhancing their ability to engage with their audience and grow their business.
