Social Planner | Notification Posts Status: This feature enhances the business experience by providing various customizable notifications related to social media account status and scheduled posts within the CRM.

⭐️ How To Use Social Planner Notification Posts Status:

  1. Access the “Marketing” Tab from the left navigation menu. Click on “Social Planner” from the upper navigation and then click on the gear icon.
  2. Account Pre-Expiry: Select notification, and in ‘Account Pre-Expiry’, click on the pencil icon.
  3. Fill in the required details and click on the “Save Changes” button.
  4. The Customer will receive the emails as shown in the screenshot.
  5. Account Expired: To edit the account expired notification, click the pencil icon.
  6. The notification requires the user to select the account and how often they should be reminded to reconnect the token. Businesses can select a different template than the default template and save it by clicking on “Save changes.”
  7. The customer will receive the emails as shown below.
  8. Request for Post-Approval: To edit the email notification request for approval of a scheduled post, click the pencil icon.
  9. The notification requires you to select a different template than the default templates. Click on the Save Changes button
  10. The Customer will receive the emails as shown.
  11. Similarly, for approved posts, rejected posts, and posts that failed, click on the pencil icon.
  12. Approval Post: The notification requires you to select a different template than the default templates and then click on the Save Changes button.
  13. The customer will receive the emails as shown in the screenshot.
  14. Rejected post: The notification requires you to select a different template than the default templates and then click on the Save Changes button.
  15. The Customer will receive the emails as shown in screenshot.
  16. Post Failed: The notification requires you to select a different template than the default templates and then click on the Save changes button.
  17. The customer will receive the emails as shown in the screenshot.
