Introducing our latest CRM enhancement, the Slim Panel within Conversations. This sleek, intuitive panel on the right side of your screen empowers you to effortlessly access and manage contact details, appointments, and opportunities all in one place, enhancing your small business’s efficiency and productivity.
Slim Panel Within Conversations: This slim, sleek panel on the right side of the screen provides intuitive navigation and consolidated access to contact details, appointments, and opportunities. Users can expand or collapse it as needed for effortless data interaction.👇🏻

⭐️ Why Does It Matter To Your Business?

  • Streamlined Data Access: The Slim Panel offers a seamless switch between “Contact,” “Appointments,” and “Opportunity” views, enabling users to access essential data without navigating to different modules.

  • Enhanced Efficiency: Users can easily add, edit, and manage contact details, book and manage appointments, and create and edit opportunities, all in one place.

  • Improved Productivity: The consolidated design streamlines interactions and makes the user experience more intuitive, ultimately boosting productivity.

⭐️ How to use the Slim Panel in Conversations

  1. Access The Slim Panel:

  • Click on the Conversations link in the left hand navigation, them go to the Conversations tab on the top menu.

  • Locate the Slim Panel on the right side of the screen

  • To Choose Your View: Click on either the Contact icon, Appointment icon, or Opportunity icon.

  1. The Contact Icon Tab:

  • In the “Contact” view, add, edit, and manage contact details, including name, phone number, email, owner details, tags, campaign associations, and DnD settings.

  1. The Appointments Icon Tab:

  • In the “Appointments” view, book, view, reschedule, and manage both upcoming and past appointments without navigating to different screens.

  1. In The Opportunity Icon Tab:

  • In the “Opportunity” view, create new opportunities, view existing opportunities associated with a contact, and seamlessly edit opportunity details—all within one centralized location.

 

With the Slim Panel, you can effortlessly access and manage contact information, appointments, and opportunities, all from within Conversations, optimizing your small business’s workflow and productivity.
