⭐️ How To Use IVR Recordings Now in Conversation:

To start using this feature, follow these straightforward steps:

  1. Access the conversation tab from the left sidebar menu. Go to “Conversations” in the sidebar and click on “Conversations” in the top menu.

  1. Locate the desired conversation where the IVR was initiated.

  1. You can also view the IVR recordings from the contacts. Access the contacts tab from the left sidebar menu and go to smart lists. Select the contact where the IVR was initiated (e.g. Test).

  1. After selecting the contact you can see the IVR recording.

  1. Now access the automation tab from the left sidebar menu. Go to Workflows and click on “+Create Workflows”.

  2. Now choose to create from scratch or edit an existing .

  3. Now to use IVR Actions first add the IVR trigger.

  4. Now use the IVR Actions.

  5. Utilize features like “Say Play” to provide instructions; input messages, record, or upload audio files seamlessly.

  6. Explore the “Call Connects” feature to effortlessly connect your IVR to specific numbers, groups, or users.
