  • Effortless Workflow: Use these templates to send invoices within workflows, enhancing automation and ensuring timely invoicing for various business scenarios.

⭐️ How To Use Invoice Template with Automatic Sending Via Workflows:

  1. Navigate to Payments tab > click “Invoices”.

  2. Convert Invoices to Templates:

    Convert any invoice into a template by using the “Convert to Template” action.

  3. Template Customization:

    Templates can contain all relevant information, from business details to product line items. Customer information, issue date, and due date will be populated automatically when sending the invoice based on your settings.

  4. Access Templates:

    All templates are conveniently listed on the Templates page under the Invoicing section.

  5. From there: you can take quick actions to use a template for a one-time or recurring invoice. You can also modify, rename, or delete templates as needed.

  6. Invoices in Workflow: Navigate to Automations > Workflow and click “+ Create Workflow”.

  7. Define the action name: select the sender details from a specific user, and choose a template from the ones created within invoices. The default or custom template configured in the invoice settings will be used automatically when sending invoices from workflows.

This feature empowers you to automate your invoicing process, save time, and ensure consistency in your customer interactions. Whether you're sending invoices after an appointment booking or in response to other triggers, our Invoice Templates feature has you covered.
