Our latest update revolutionizes the proposal and estimate system by introducing a flexible signature placement feature, empowering business users to customize documents effortlessly and address specific alignment challenges in contracts, directly responding to user feedback for a more intuitive experience.
Floating Signatures Live for Proposals Estimates Contracts: Our CRM’s latest update enhances the proposal and estimate system by allowing users to freely place signature elements anywhere in the document, addressing the challenge of aligning signatures in contracts and providing greater flexibility for document customization.

  • Flexible Signature Placement: Business users can now position signature elements anywhere on the document, overcoming the limitation of fixed alignment and ensuring signatures are precisely where they need to be.

  • Enhanced Document Customization: Place signature fields over background images, text, or other elements, with colored distinctions for different signers, enabling a more visually appealing and context-aware contract or agreement.

⭐️ How To Use Floating Signatures Live for Proposals Estimates Contracts:

To start using this feature, follow these straightforward steps:

  1. Access the payments tab from the left sidebar and then go to Proposal And Estimates.

  2. Click on “+New” and choose between Estimate or Proposal whichever requires a signature. We will be using Proposal for this example.

  3. Click on ”+”  to add the signature element.

  4. Scroll down and click on the signature element and drag the element to the builder.

  5. After adding the signature element to edit its details click on the Styles and Option button .

  6. Fill in the required field of “To be signed by” and don’t forget to save. 

  7. Note the colored distinctions for different signers, making it easy to manage multiple signatures on the same document.
