Currently, all sub-accounts under the same subscription will have access to the Ultimate HighLevel WhiteLabel Support. However, we may add the ability to select which sub-accounts have access to support in the future. We’re always looking for ways to improve our services, so please check in with us for updates.
An Ultimate HighLevel WhiteLabel Support client is any sub-account that falls outside your main agency sub-account and has one or more assigned employees. By having assigned employees, these clients can benefit from dedicated assistance and expertise tailored to their specific needs.

To purchase the Ultimate WhiteLabel Direct To Client Onboardings for your clients, you must be on the Ultimate HighLevel WhiteLabel Support. You cannot purchase onboardings as standalone services.

White-glove Client Onboarding & Setup (Agency Created Snapshot): This service is suitable for agencies that already have their own snapshot or have procured one made by someone else. Our team will work with your existing snapshot and onboard your clients, ensuring they are set up correctly and have a smooth transition. Similar to the Extendly Created Snapshot service, the first onboarding is pre-paid, and the rest are invoiced weekly.
Both services include our White-glove Client Onboarding & Setup process, which ensures a seamless experience for your clients, regardless of the snapshot’s origin.
Client onboarding refers to any setup process required for a client to start using the platform, including setting up sub-accounts, integrating with external tools, and providing getting-started training.
Yes, the cost will remain the same if the client requires the same setup to be performed by our team but prefers to be onboarded into an existing sub-account. The pricing is based on the number of clients being onboarded, regardless of whether they require a new sub-account or can be added to an existing one.
Yes. In order for our team to be able to provide the best onboarding experience for your clients, our team will need a detailed understanding of your onboarding needs, via a mapping or a zoom walkthrough video.
Yes, we can tailor the onboarding session to focus on the specific GHL features you wish to include, ensuring that your clients are only exposed to these features and receive training on how to utilize them.
Once clients sign up for your service, they can typically schedule their onboarding session within 1-3 days. You can send them to the onboarding intake funnel included in the Ultimate WhiteLabel Direct To Client Onboarding.

The initial onboarding session consists of two parts: a Tech Call, which lasts 20-30 minutes and covers all integrations (Domains, Calendars, Facebook, GMB, etc.), and a training call, which lasts up to an hour, depending on the features you want us to train your clients on.
