  • Click “Update”: This option saves the opportunity as lost and attaches the selected reason. It’s perfect when you want to provide detailed insights into why the opportunity was lost.

  • Click “Cancel”: If you prefer to mark an opportunity as lost without specifying a reason, simply click “Cancel.”

Visible Insights on Cards

To make the insights easily accessible and actionable, we display the reasons for lost opportunities directly on the opportunity cards. This feature provides quick at-a-glance information to help you understand why certain leads didn’t convert.
