Copy Contact Workflow Enhancements: Our CRM now enhances the workflow action of copying contacts between sub-accounts with three key updates. Firstly, it enables the option to update existing contacts within the selected sub-account. Secondly, you can now organize contacts effectively by adding multiple tags to newly copied contacts. Lastly, the feature allows you to skip copying contacts without an email or name, streamlining your workflow.

⭐️ How To Use Copy Contact Workflow Enhancements:

  1. Access the Automation tab from the left navigation menu then go to Workflows > +Create Workflow.

  2. Start from the blank or use a template.

  3. Add a new action “Copy Contact” from the list.

  4. Now select the account where you want to copy the contact.

  5. Turn on the “Copy Tags” toggle. This feature will allow you to copy the tags linked to the contact.

  6. Turn on the toggle “Update contact if it already exists”. this feature will update the contact rather than duplicating it.

    Note: This feature will only work if the toggle If “Allow duplicate contact” is turned off.

  7. To turn off the toggle “Allow duplicate contact” go to settings.

  8. Go to business profile and turn off the toggle. 

    Note: If a contact does not have an Email or a Name then the contact won’t be copied and will be skipped.
