⭐️ How To Use Conversion Metrics for Email Campaigns:

  1. Access the marketing tab from the left navigation menu then go to Emails > Campaigns create a new one or edit an existing one. For editing click on three dots.

  2. Now click on statistics.

  3. Now click on Load more statistics.

  4. You can see the new conversion section in the summary.

  5. You can view the statistics in number by turning on the toggle.

  6. In conversion section you can see the “total revenue generated” & Revenue per receipt.

  7. In details section click on ” Ordered ” tab to see the order details of the contacts.

  8. To edit the attribution window, (default is 5 days and is extendable to 60 days), access the settings page.

  9. Maximum number of days a campaign will be considered for attribution. Whether we need to attribute to showing all campaigns or only campaign with product elements. For the attribution, we are using Last Touch Model, so the recent opened campaign before order will get the attribution of the order.
