⭐️ How To Use Conversation AI Edit & Manage Prompts:

1. Access the Settings in your account.

2. Access the Conversation AI tab from the left navigation menu. Go to Configure Intents > Edit Prompt

3. You can edit who the bot is and anything else the bot should know. 

4. You can add the custom values If needed, click on the “+Add Custom Values” button.

5. You can select a template if you like and also reset the changes to default, by clicking on the respective buttons.

6. To edit the prompt for the Appointment Booking bot. Turn on the toggle and click the Edit prompt.

7. All the settings are the same as in the “Support and general question and answer” bot, but you can add conversation flow in the booking bot by clicking on the “+ Add button.”

8. Select the required calendar and check the box if you want the bot not to book the appointment and only send the booking link.
