  • Turn on autopilot mode. Select the channel and then save.

  • Go back to Setting.

  • In “Settings,” access “Integrations. Ensure integration with Google is enabled by checking the corresponding boxes.

  • Go Back to Conversation:

  • Engage in Real-Time Conversations: Go to Conversations in the sidebar > Conversations > Find GBP inside conversations 

  • Open Google Maps or Google and look for the chat button. Customers can now initiate real-time chats with your AI bot through GMB chat.

  • Configure AI responses by accessing the Conversation AI settings.Set the Advance settings and then save
